So Prestigious

The Prestige 8 reward was a flag toy. Not the most exciting thing, and I haven't checked to see how it differs from the flag I already earned, but at least it gives me a chance to get out my Dutiful Gruntling and take screenshots of how cute and matchy we are. Not to say that I wouldn't have done that regardless. But I do like the way the flag moves when I'm running/riding, I'll have to remember to use it.

Later, Jarl!

It doesn't seem like a very dignified farewell. First I drank several horns of mead and briefly fought several Vrykul until they forgot what they were mad about and went neutral again. Then I kicked what sounded like Tribbles, but, from what I could see of the name, were apparently Wolpertingers. Then I stood on the deceased Jarl's chest and drank some more. I thought the queasiness would go away after I left the World Quest area, but I flew shakily across to Highmountain and still could barely see what I was doing. That was...surprisingly not much different from the way I usually play. I didn't even accidentally use my Piccolo.

Warlocking 101

I was just thinking about playing my Warlock again now that doing my "chores" on my Shaman is pretty quick, so I thought I should make this and post it somewhere to remind me.

I Just Want a Flying Carpet

It turns out that if you run by all the Withered recruits once the spider gauntlet starts (not that one, the other spider gauntlet), then you can kill Psillych and go back down to gather the remaining Withered without the annoyance of being swarmed by spiders. Of course, since Psillych is the last big thing there is to kill in the tunnels, there's not really any reason to gather up the rest of the Withered, unless you spend as much time in the final room playing and taking screenshots with them as I do. I was just thinking how annoying it was that I have to run Withered training to get an extra 425 rep to keep farming those Paragon boxes, and it takes so much time to get through there, but if I didn't spend so much time doing this* I could probably cut that time down quite a bit.

The Problem with Using a Flying Mount...

...on a level 33 character is that you often forget and believe you can fly, when that is, of course, not the case. Or maybe that's just me. *sigh* Oh, well. That's just the price repair cost you have to pay when your rogue needs to look like the stealthiest rogue ever.
It had been a long time since I used the Obsidian Nightwing, so when I was going through my mount tab and tried this one (because it was black and therefore matched) my first thought was "Wait...where'd she go?!" before I remembered this was my two-person Recruit-a-Friend mount. That's right..she's so stealthy it even confused me. That really sounded more impressive before I shared the story/screenshot about falling off Thunder Bluff.

Good Riddance to Being a Noob

I moved my screenshots over to a storage drive since the folder took up nearly 30 GB. I realized that I've been playing WoW for around 7 years now, and I was feeling nostalgic so I made this for Rocksy née Kimaloo. I figure I can quit calling myself a noob now, even if I still act like one a lot of the time.

Didn't See That Coming

I was confused for a few minutes and double-checked my buffs and my character pane, since I'd just drank the brew-of-the-month from my mailbox, and then I remembered that Storyline did this same April Fool's prank last year. You might think I'll be expecting it when April comes around again, but I am fairly certain that I will be just as surprised and amused next year. I am glad I didn't miss it, I really enjoy seeing the different character models up close like this.
